It includes data on the person requesting service, the person to be served, the constable assigned to serve the papers, service attempts, special notes on the attempts, and the current status of the document. Constables receive management reports that monitor the activity of current papers.

The Civil Court Activity subsystem (ACT) is used primarily by civil and family court clerks to record all activities (orders, judgments, motion filings, etc.) occurring in the Civil and Family District Courts of Harris County. ACT is also used to generate notices informing the affected parties and/or their representatives of any resulting actions. The District Clerk's Micrographics Division uses ACT to verify that certain documents have been mailed prior to being placed on microfiche.

The Case File Management Subsystem (CFM) is used by personnel in the District Clerk's Civil Division to track the location of civil case files for the purpose of obtaining physical documents. In addition, CFM is used to verify the destruction of civil case files and the expunction of civil case records.

| Civil Court Docketing Subsystem (DKT) | Top |
The civil docketing subsystem is used by court staff to create, update and display dockets for civil courts. The docketing subsystem is also used to notify attorneys of pending court dates, display motions filed, reset dockets from one day, time, or court to another, and enter the results of a docket. Existing court dockets can be accessed according to any combination of court number, docket name and setting date.

The Dismissal for Want of Prosecution Subsystem (DWP) is a hybrid system, containing elements of the Notice Tracking and Docketing subsystems. It is used by the civil and family court clerks to generate intent to dismiss for want of prosecution notices, verify cases for final dismissal and generate final dismissal notices for attorneys and pro ses. Also, cases may be set on a docket and a docket master defined at the time intent to DWOP is entered. DWOP groups and parties notified may be inquired upon.

The Civil Case Intake Subsystem (INT) is used by civil court employees to initiate and track cases filed in the Harris County Civil District Courts. The information recorded in INT includes: civil court transaction fees that are assessed through the litigation process, parties to a case, service documents, and general case- related tracking information.

The Civil Microfilm subsystem (MFL) is used by the District Clerk's Civil Division to automate manual logs created by the Microfilm Section. The online logs are available to users in the Public Service Department. These logs list the microfilm location of any document signed by a Harris County civil court judge.

The Post Trial subsystem is used by Civil Post-Judgment department clerks to record case activities, such as appeals, requests for abstracts, and bond filings, that occur after the final disposition order has been signed. In addition, governmental and public agencies use the PST subsystem to inquire on post-trial activities.

The exhibits subsystem is used by the District Clerk's Office to enter, update and delete information on exhibits in Harris County courts. Screens are used to attach exhibits to specific cases, check exhibits in and out, and produce a history of exhibit locations.
