Subscriber Access Criminal/Subscriber Access Civil:

The Subscriber Access Criminal system and the the Subscriber Access Civil system are available to subscribers who have a current contract with Harris County.  For information about becoming a subscriber, contact the District Clerk via e-mail at DCSA@hcdistrictclerk.com. More information for prospective subscribers can be obtained at http://www.hcdistrictclerk.com/e-services/pros_subscriber.aspx .

Government agencies that have have been accessing the above links, need to also use the District Clerk site after clicking a Subscriber Link. There is NO LOGIN information necessary for the Disctrict Clerk site. All other questions about JIMS should contact JIMSWebmaster@itc.hctx.net.

This site provides access to Crime Victim Information and Resources.  You can inquire by either a Case Number or Offense Number.

Child Support Payment Information: 

This site provides access to Child Support Payment Information.  Currently you can inquire on Last Payment and Payment History.

JIMS Online Reports:

This site provides access to JIMS Reports that are available over the Internet.
