The Subscriber Access Criminal system and the the Subscriber Access Civil system are available to subscribers who have a current contract with Harris County.  For information about becoming a subscriber, contact the District Clerk via e-mail at DCSA@hcdistrictclerk.com. Government agencies that have questions about JIMS should contact JIMSWebmaster@itc.hctx.net.

This site provides access to Crime Victim Information and Resources.  You can inquire by either a Case Number or Offense Number.

Child Support Payment Information: 

This site provides access to Child Support Payment Information.  Currently you can inquire on Last Payment and Payment History.

JIMS Online Reports:

This site provides access to JIMS Reports that are available over the Internet.
